I'll be your wedding day fairy godmother/hype woman. Wanna know a little secret? That little nervous feeling you have about being awkward on camera? Every. Single. Couple. on here felt the exact same way at first. I promise I'll never leave you two hanging. You'll get jaw-dropping ethereal images all while having a freaking blast!

Hi, I'm LINDSEY.

When I arrived at Alicia’s childhood home for the getting ready portion of the day, the first thing she did was show me the inside joke gift her friend got her that featured a photo of Alicia dressed as Voldemort. Is she my people or what?

I get so emotional when couples get ready at the home where they grew up. Seeing their cute little baby and school photos next to them getting ready on their wedding day is surreal and magical. And with it being just after Christmas, we were all feeling the warm and fuzzies. That is until I just HAD to drag Alicia out into the gorgeous light in her parent’s backyard and make her almost step on a snake… twice. NEVER A DULL MOMENT, FOLKS.

Their ceremony and reception were surrounded by gorgeous Christmas decor and lights which of course made for some gorgeous photos! And during toasts, Pete’s groomsmen gave a speech filled with quotes from Albus freaking Dumbledore. Could not stop grinning like fool! I’m not doing enough justice to how awesome and hilarious these two are, so I’ll let them tell the story of how they fell in love. It’s hysterical!

“Our love story starts where all great love stories do – at a Scranton basement party.  We met through friends and both happened to be in the same Exercise Science major/ in the Physical Therapy program. We started dating the fall semester of our sophomore year and experienced the ups and downs of the next 6 years of college and grad school together. After graduation Alicia moved back to the Philly suburbs and Pete moved to Mechanicsburg where we spent the next 2 years of our relationship long distance. Pete was able to convince Alicia that central PA really doesn’t have that many farms or cows (it does) and we bought a house in Mechanicsburg in the fall of 2016.

Alicia officially moved in in January 2017 and Pete has been putting the toilet seat down ever since. We balance each other perfectly, with Pete being logical and level headed and Alicia being emotional and passionate.  We both love time with family and friends as well as time to check out a new brewery (especially if they have good IPAs).  Since Pete never rushes into a decision, he took a cool 8 years and 11 months to propose, and we’ve spent the last year attempting to wedding plan without procrastinating too much :)”
