There is so much beauty in simplicity, especially as it relates to your wedding day. I’ve witnessed so many couples opting for a downsized version of their dream day and focusing instead on more intimate affairs with bridal parties of 3 people or less (or none at all)! It’s on these days that the focus on family and friends truly shines above all else. Take Anne and Matthew’s wedding at the Landenberg Barn, for example. Not only was it the sweetest kid-friendly gathering, but the sheer joy on their faces truly says everything you need to know.

9. DESTINATION CELEBRATIONS CLOSE TO HOME

Travel restrictions have inspired couples to explore their local landscapes over the past several years. In 2024, destination weddings will often take place closer to home, allowing couples to discover hidden gems in their own backyards. Living so close to venues like the Park Chateau in New Jersey and Winterthur Museum and Gardens in Delaware, I am stoked for the return of local “destination” celebrations.
